Paperbasics DT Card & Ismaki #28 ... Cherish

Heute möchte ich euch gerne meine neue Design Team Karte für Paperbasics zeigen. Dafür habe ich mir den tollen Sketch von der neuen Ismaki Challenge ausgesucht. Kianel hat sich diesmal wirklich was tolles einfallen lassen, denn wir sollen eine dreiteilige Klapp-Karte machen. Ich habe mir die tollen Papiere von Fancy Botanical und ganz zauberhafte Sarah Kay Motive ausgesucht. Das alles und noch viel mehr, könnt ihr im Paperbasics Onlineshop finden. Das Papier ist so wunderschön und läßt sich ganz toll kombinieren und die Farben sind doch wie gemacht für die Sarah Kay Motive, findet ihr nicht auch?! Das kleine Tag mit Rufus habe ich so angebracht, das man es auch heraus nehmen kann. Effekte habe ich auch hier wieder mit Stickles gesetzt. Ich bin ganz begeistert von der Kartenform, sie ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes! Mein Scor-Pal kam auch hier wieder mal zum Einsatz, freu ... ich möchte ihn wirklich nicht mehr missen!

Today I would like to show you my new Design Team card which I designed for Paperbasics. I used the wonderful sketch from the Ismaki challenge for this week. We should make a card which opens in 3 different parts and the great idea comes from Kianel. The wonderful papers and also the magical images from Sarah Kay are just perfect for this card. You can find all these great stuff at Paperbasics Online Shop. The papers are terrific to combine and I thought the colours fits also great to the Sarah Kay images. I attached the little tag with Rufus in such a way, that you can take it also out. Special effects I have made with stickles again. I´m so thrilled about this card form, it´s really totally special! My Scor-Pal was again very helpful and I don´t wonna miss him anymore ...

Congrats ... Sarah Kay Challenge

Seit kurzem gibt es einen neuen, wundervollen Challenge Blog für alle Sarah Kay Fans! Er heißt Sarah Kay Challenges und es läuft bereits die zweite Challenge. Meine liebe Schwester Heike ist übrigens in dem tollen Design Team, wo noch viele andere talentierte Ladies ihr Können zeigen. Diese Woche gibt es eine tolle Sketchvorlage, wonach man eine Karte gestalten soll. Und hier ist sie nun ... meine erste Sarah Kay Karte, die ich je gemacht habe, freu :) Für meine Karte habe ich mir ein ganz zauberhaftes Motiv und die Farbkombi rot/grün ausgesucht. Die Coloration von den Motiven ist sehr aufwendig und man braucht wesentlich mehr Zeit bis man fertig ist, aber es hat mir trotzdem sehr viel Spaß gemacht, diese Karte zu gestalten.

For a short time a new challenge blog is born for all Sarah Kay fans! The name is Sarah Kay Challenges and it´s already the second challenge. By the way, my dear sister Heike is a part of the wonderful design team, where many other ladies show how talented they are. This week we should create a card after a great sketch. And now here it is ... my first ever Sarah Kay card which I create :) For my card I selected a very wonderful Sarah Kay image and the colour combination red/green. The coloration is very time consuming but for all that I had so much fun to create this card.

Eine neue Challenge von A Spoon Full of Sugar hat wieder begonnen und das DT Team hat sich für diese Woche das Thema *Girls* ausgedacht. Für meine Karte habe ich mir das süße Mädchen von hÄnglar & stÄnglar ausgesucht. Meine Lieblingsfarbe rosa durfte hier mal wieder nicht fehlen. Die tollen Papiere habe ich von meiner lieben Freundin Tina bekommen ... sehen sie nicht großartig aus?! Ich war total begeistert, als ich sie das erste Mal sah. Vielen Dank nochmal Tina, es macht wirklich viel Spaß mit den tollen Papieren zu zaubern ...

A new challenge of A Spoon Full of Sugar has started and the DT Members have invented this week the theme *Girls*. For my card I selected the sweet hÄnglar & stÄnglar girl and my favourite colour pink should not missing here again. I received all the wonderful papers from my dear friend Tina ... does they not look awesome?! I was so thrilled about it, if I saw them the first time. Flip Flop

Für ein Ketting in der Tilda & Co. Yahoo Group habe ich diesen Flip Flop gestaltet. Die süße Tilda mit Schwimmring und die Farben gelb/orange passen doch perfekt zum Sommer oder? Akzente habe ich mit Prima Flowers, Stickles und einem Strass Brad gesetzt. Die Sohle habe ich noch zusätzlich mit dem Namen meiner lieben Tauschpartnerin verziert. Eine Verpackung durfte natürlich nicht fehlen, diese habe ich auch in Orangetönen gehalten und dabei war mir mein Scor-Pal wieder eine große Hilfe. Es macht wirklich viel Spaß damit zu arbeiten.

I have made this Flip Flop for a challenge of the Tilda & Co. Yahoo Group. The sweet Tilda with her swim ring and the colours yellow/orange fits perfectly to the summer, isn´t it? I set accents with prima flowers, stickles and a beautiful paste brad. Also the sole is decorated with the name of the lovely person who received it. A packaging could not be missing and I choose also orange tones for the box. My scor-pal was again very helpful and I had so much fun to work with it ...

Heute möchte ich euch gerne eine Karte zeigen, die ich für zwei Challenges gemacht habe. Der tolle Sketch ist von Carole aus England, sie hatte sich diesen für die letze Challenge bei den Friday Sketchers ausgedacht. Leider hatte ich es nicht geschafft, bei dieser Challenge mitzumachen.

Bei der Dutch Dare-Card Challenge darf man diese Woche nur ein Design Papier benutzen. Die Ladies von der Cute Card Thursday Challenge möchten gerne, dass wir eine Kinderkarte machen. Für meine Karte habe ich mir das total süße Motiv von Whipper Snapper Designs ausgesucht ... dieser Stempelabdruck stammt aus meinem Blog Candy Gewinn von der lieben Lim. Ich finde ihn echt sowas von goldig und super passend für eine Kinderkarte.

Today I would like to show you a card which I designed for two challenges. The great sketch is from Carole of England from the Friday Sketchers. Unfortunately I had no time to create a card for the last challenge.

At the Dutch Dare-Card Challenges we should use one piece of design paper. The ladies of the challenge from Cute Card Thursday challenge would like to see a card for a child. For my card I selected a sweet image from whipper snapper designs. That image is from my blog candy prize of the lovely Lim. I thought that image is just so gorgeous and looks great for a child card.

DT Paperbasics Cardfolder ... my first Tutorial

A sneek peek of my first Tutorial ...

Heute möchte ich euch gerne meine erste Kreation für das Designteam von Paperbasics zeigen. Die liebe Simone hatte mir am Wochenende ein paar tolle Sachen aus dem Paperbasics Online Shop geschickt und ich habe mir überlegt, mit dem Scor-Pal Board einen Cardfolder zu machen. Leider habe ich keine Anleitung dafür gefunden und aus diesem Grund, habe ich gleichzeitig mein erstes Tutorial erstellt. Die Abmessungen des Cardfolders betragen im fertigen Zustand 11,5 x 20,5 cm.

Das Motiv von Rachelle Anne Miller finde ich total süß und passend, genauso wie die Papiere von Fancy Botanicals, die wirklich traumhaft schön sind, man kann sie auch wunderbar miteinander kombinieren. Swirls und Flower durften auch hier natürlich nicht fehlen, sie geben dem Folder noch das gewisse Etwas. In der Mitte von der großen wunderschönen Flower, ist übrigens ein Strass-Brad, der schimmert ganz toll, genauso wie der Swirl, den ich am Rand mit Stickles überzogen habe. Ich hoffe Euch gefällt mein Tutorial und ihr habt nun Lust bekommen, auch so einen tollen Cardfolder zu gestalten. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen :) Wenn ihr wollt, hinterlasst mir doch einfach eine Nachricht, ich schaue dann garantiert bei euch vorbei. Ich bin schon ganz gespannt ...

Material:
Scor-Pal Board
einen Bogen Cardstock 8" x 12"
einen Bogen Cardstock 3" x 10"
doppelseitiges Klebeband
Schere oder Schneidemaschine
Klettband

Supplies:
Scor-Pal Board
one peace of cardstock 8" x 12"
one peace of cardstock 3" x 10"
double faced adhesive tape
cutter
hook and loop tape

Cardstock auf die Größe von 8" x 12" zuschneiden
Cut the cardstock at the size of 8" x 12"

Lege den Cardstock an den oberen Rand des Scor-Pals
und score bei 3" + 3,5" und bei 8" + 8,5"
Line your cardstock up on the top of your Scor-Pal
and score it at 3" + 3,5" also on 8" + 8,5"

Nun den Cardstock entsprechend an den Kerben falten.
Fold the cardstock at the score.

Cardstock für die Seitenteile, auf die Größe von 3" x 10"
zuschneiden
Cut the cardstock for the side parts of the size 3" x 10"

Score jeweils in 0,5" Schritten
Score it at each 0,5"

Hälfte den Cardstock in der Mitte und falte ihn wie eine
Zieharmonika
Cut the cardstock in the half and fold it like a accordion.

Nun ist es fast geschafft ... Die Seitenteile werden
jeweils links und rechts in den Cardfolder geklebt.
Dafür an den Seitenteilen außen, jeweils doppelseitiges
Klebeband anbringen.
Now you have almost managed it ... You have to stuck
the side parts to the left and the right side into the
Cardfolder. On the left and the right side of the side
parts you have to stuck double faced adhesive tape.

Nachdem die Seitenteile innen angeklebt wurden, ist
der Folder fast fertig
After you glue the side parts into your folder, the folder is
almost finished.

Das Cover nach Belieben gestalten und mit doppelseitigem
Klebeband auf der Vorderseite anbringen. Da der untere Teil
nicht ganz mit dem Cover bedeckt wird, habe ich ihn nochmal
mit Cardstock von innnen verstärkt, damit man beim Auf- und
Zumachen das Papier nicht so verbiegt bzw. damit ist es noch
etwas stabiler.
Arrange the cover as you like and glue it with double faced
adhesive tape on the frontside. The lower part is not completely
covered with the cover, so I have again boosted it inside with
cardstock, so when you open and close it, the paper shout not bend
and/or so it is more strong.

Damit man den Cardfolder auch auf- und zumachen kann,
habe ich auf der Innenseite, in der Mitte, Klettband angebracht.
So that you can open and close the cardfolder, I have put
inside in the middle hook and loop tape.

Hier nochmal zwei Ansichten, dass das Cover nicht ganz den
Cardstock bedeckt und ich ihn deshalb, im unteren Teil,
verstärkt habe.
Here you can see two views,
because the cover is not covering the cardstock, so I
boosted the lower part.

Ich empfehle die Rückseite nach Belieben zu verstärken.
Entweder nochmal mit etwas Cardstock, in einer anderen
Farbe, passend absetzen oder auch verzieren, da der
Cardstock nicht ganz so stabil ist wie fester Tonkarton.
I recommend to boost the backside. Either with some
cardstock in another colour or created with embellishments.
Because the cardstock is not strong enough.

Fertig ist der Cardfolder, wo viele Stempelabdrücke
Platz finden :)
Now your cardfolder is finished and you can put many
stamped images in it :)

Today I would like to show you my first creation for the Design Team of Paperbasics. The dear Simone has sent me fabulous staff from the Paperbasics Online Shop and I thought I create an cardfolder with the Scor-Pal Board. Unfortunately I found not any instruction off it. On this account, I have create my first tutorial for a cardfolder. The dimensions of the cardfolder after finished is 4,5" x 8".

The image from Rachelle Anne Miller looks so cute and fits perfect for my folder. Also the wonderful papers from Fancy Botanicals. It is very easy to combine them. Swirls and flowers can´t missing here, because they give my folder an special touch. By the way, in the middle of the great flower, I have put an paste-brad, it´s sparkling so beautifully. Just as well as the swirl, that I covered with Stickles. So I hope you will like my tutorial and you would also like to create an cardfolder. I´m looking forward to see your creations :) If you like, please give me a short message and I will stop by and have a look. So, I´m totally curious ...

Wooow, war das eine Überraschung ... Die liebe Katharina hat mich heute zur YAOB (Eure Kreationen auf meinem Blog) Bloggerin auf ihrem tollen Blog gemacht. Ich habe mich riesig darüber gefreut, vielen lieben Dank Katharina auch für deine so lieben und netten Worte :)) Es hat mir wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht, aus einem deiner vielen, tollen Sketche, eine Karte zu zaubern. Dutch Dare Card Challenge ... Bee Happy

Hier ist er nun ... mein absoluter Favorit aus der Kollektion von Rakle, den mir meine liebe Freundin Tina geschickt hat :) Ich finde den Skaterboy so klasse und fand ihn für die Challenge von Dutch Dare Cards absolut passend, denn diese Woche hat sich das Design Team eine Sketchvorlage ausgedacht. Meine Karte ist erschreckend leer heute, aber der Sketch selber und das tolle Motiv von Rakle sollen hier wirken und deshalb habe ich mich dafür entschieden, keine weiteren Details auf die Karte zu machen ... obwohl die Versuchung ja gross war, hihi. Nun bin ich mal gespannt, wie sie euch gefällt ...

Doesn´t he looks great?! My card is frightening empty today, but I though the Sketch and the Rakle motive has to work on here and therefore I decided to make no further details on the card ... although the temptation was very big, hihi. Now I´m strained, if you like my card ...

Heute habe ich wieder eine Karte für zwei Challenges gemacht. Bei der Challenge von A Spoon full of Sugar lautet das Thema diese Woche *KREISE*. Das Team von Cute Card Thursday hat sich für die Challenge das Thema *Outdoor* ausgedacht. Für meine Karte habe ich mir das fetzige Motiv von Sugar Nellie ausgesucht. Außerdem noch die tollen Häuser-Stempel, die ich bei der Dutch Dare - Card Challenge gewonnen habe, freu ... Vielen Dank nochmal, Karin :)

ISMAKI Challenge #26 ... Fun Time

Es ist längst wieder Ismaki Zeit und ich freue mich, euch heute meinen Beitrag zur neuen Challenge zeigen zu können. Die Sketchvorlage kommt diesmal wieder von der lieben Bea und als Option sollen wir die Farben grün/rot verwenden. Passend zum Sommer habe ich mir die süße Tilda mit dem Schwimmreifen und viele tolle Prima Flowers ausgesucht, die ihr im Paperbasics Online Shop bekommen könnt.

It´s Ismaki time again and I´m very happy to show you today my card for the new challenge. The sketch comes this time from the lovely Bea and the option is use the colours green/red. Fitting to the summer I selected this cute Tilda with the swim ring and many great Prima Flowers. You can get them at the Paperbasics Online Shop.

Dutch Dare meets Friday Sketchers

Heute möchte ich euch gerne eine Karte zeigen, die ich wieder für zwei Challenges gemacht habe. Bei der neuen Challenge von Dutch Dare - Card Challenges sollte man drei Knöpfe und drei Ribbons auf seiner Karte verwenden. Einen tollen Sketch hat sich diesmal Bea für die Challenge der Friday Sketchers ausgedacht. Für meine Karte habe ich mir die Farbkombi orange/grün/braun und das total süße Motiv von hÄnglar ausgesucht.

Das neue Thema bei der Challenge von A Spoon full of Sugar lautet diese Woche *kariert*. Für meine Karte habe ich mir wieder ein tolles Motiv von Sugar Nellie, designed bei Elizabeth Bell und tolle Embellishments ausgesucht, die ich von meiner lieben Freundin Tina bekommen habe. Ich hoffe, ihr könnt das karierte Papier noch ein wenig erkennen, ich glaube ich habe es mit all den Details wieder ein bisschen übertrieben, hihi ...

Heute möchte ich euch gerne meine Karte für die neue ISMAKI Challenge zeigen. Den Sketch hat sich diesmal Gast Malin ausgedacht und ich hatte wirklich viel Spaß den tollen Sketch umzusetzen. Ich habe mir das zauberhafte Motiv *Picking Apples* von Sugar Nellie ausgesucht. Es stammt aus meiner Abdruck-Sammlung, die mir meine liebe Freundin Tina geschickt hat. Coloriert habe ich mit meinen Prismacolor Stiften, mit denen ich mittlerweile sehr gerne arbeite.

Meine neuste Karte habe ich für gleich VIER Challenges gemacht. Ich hätte auch nicht gedacht, dass sowas geht ... aber seht selbst! Bei der Cute Card Thursday Challenge lautet das Thema diese Woche *Birthday Card*. Das Design Team von dem Challenge Blog A Spoon Full of Sugar hat sich als Thema *Celebrations* ausgedacht. Dann ist da noch der neue Challenge Blog von Dutch Dare - Card Challenges, wo das Thema diese Woche *Stamped Image* lautet und zu guter Letzt ist diese Karte für die Challenge der Friday Sketchers entstanden, wo sich diesmal die liebe Mumur aus Frankreich, den Sketch ausgedacht hat. Wieder ein toller Sketch für den ich mir wunderschöne Papiere und Embellishments ausgesucht habe, die ich von meiner lieben Freundin Tina bekommen habe ... Die Farben alleine sind schon absolut klasse, findet ihr nicht auch?!

My newest card I have created for FOUR challenges. I never thought that it is possible, but now you can have a look by yourself. At the Cute Card Thursday challenge you have to make this week a *Birthday card*. The Design Team of the challenge blog of A Spoon Full of Sugar has invented the theme *Celebrations*. There is also the new challenge blog of Dutch Dare - Card Challenges, where you should use a *Stamping Image* and last but not least this card is made for the challenge of the Friday Sketchers. The sketch comes this week from the lovely Mumur of France. A fabulous sketch again and I selected wonderful papers and great embellishments, which my dear friend Tina sent to me ... The colours looks absolutely great, do you think the same?!
